PT Suryaraya Prawira (SRP) is owned by PT Astra International Tbk, holds the development rights for the prestigious residential Apartemen Casablanca which has finished the development of Tower I in 1995, consisting 157 units and continued the development of Tower II which consist of 315 units and finished in 1996.
While Suryaraya Prawira continues to explore high-end development potential in Jakarta, we also plan to pursue opportunities in the vast and thriving Indonesia property market by renting 125 full-furnished units of Apartemen Casablanca from 1997 until now.
Align with the Astra's Philosophy to provide the best service to customers, Suryaraya Prawira maintained to achieved more than 80 percents occupancy rate of its rented units. More than 90 percents of its clients are big corporations and most of the tenants are Japanese. |
